GIFTS!

Since I want to test the I can actually do Live Updates I thought I would show you the little gifts I made for my fellow PP friends I will be seeing in WDW. What you thought I'd actually show you what I did? Obviously you don't know me as well as you think you do b/c I am REALLY good at keeping secrets! You'll just have to wait to get on yourself (or till I post a pic of someone with 1!) : )

Single Digit Dance

9 days until I am in the Happiest Place on Earth WOOHOO!!!!!  Not much to report.  I have about half of our packing done & plan to finish the rest this weekend.  The weather is suppossed to be COLD; won't be needing those shorts!  I still haven't finished Princess B's jeans.  The sewing machine & I are having a bit of a tiff. Maybe I'll pull her out this weekend as well & try to finish the jeans. 
I did get hit with some creative ideas & designed some autograph pages for me. I've done the WDW autograph book, made my own scrappy autograph book, but this time I decided to go with 8x8 pages that I could get multiple signatures on. I designed the page with my scrapbook program on my computer. Then I printed them 7.24x7.24on plain card stock. I then tried to find either card stock or patterned paper that went with my design. Here are a few examples:

1 Month left!!

I am so excited that we are down to a month till we are in Disney! We got all our documents this week & I have started to slowly add things to my suitcase. You can't tell but I am doing the happy dance right now.


I'm still working on my craft projects for the trip. Have a few more shirts to finish & a pair of jeans I am adding some things to for Princess B.


We rearranged our plans a little too. Our first day we planned on heading right over to EPCOT for some F&WF, but the the Hubby said why not save some cash & NOT buy the 1 day pass (since we are using the Military Salute package we are getting an INCREDIBLE deal on 5 day passes) & just spend the day at the pool& going over to DTD. After I thought about I remembered that one of my PP friends was also arriving at POP a few hours after us & would be taking it easy at the resort as well. That was all I needed to agree to this change.


I also am excited that I am hosting a PP Meet, with my friend PP Ginger, for the MNSSHP on Sun night. Ginger & I had planned on meeting for the parade ourselves & then as we started talking more frequently we decided to see who else would be at the party as well. I have 2 other PP meets that I am looking forward to. JaniceMK is having a FAB meet in EPCOT {can't wait to get the details of that & to see her birthday present too ;) } We are also meeting up with the Crankies & the Norris family for some Drinking round the World in EPCOT....there's a good chance that I'll be ditching the fam & drinking the night away with my PP friends...LOL.

45 days......

A month & a half left till we are in Disney. You can't tell, but I am doing the happy dance. I've been looking forward to this birthday trip since I coned...ah...I mean convinced the hubby to take us back to WDW 9 months after our Jan trip. I have been pretty busy the past few weeks making personalized tees, passports for EPCOT, designing autograph pages & trying to find a costume for Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party. I want a Disney costume, but the hubby & I cannot come to an agreement on which on. Let's just say he would prefer a short, possibly a bit on the skanky side costume. I keep reminding him we are going to a family resort & I will NOT be that girl that everyone talks about for wearing something too short, too tight, not appropriate! I know I'll win this battle in the end, I always do.

I am also starting to get excited because I am planning on meeting some of my PassPorter friends! I'm meeting up with a friend at MNSSHP to watch the parade (we're staying at the same resort on our arrival day so we may also get some pool time in as well). There's a FAB meet in EPCOT planned. Finally there is a double birthday celebration "around the world" in EPCOT one night as well. I am also trying to meet up with 2 college friends who will be there as well, but we will only be in WDW for 1 day together; hopefully we can squeeze a quick Hello in!

ADR's made...now what?

I got up bright & early on the 27th to make my ADR's for our trip. WTF am I doing up at 6:45AM on a Saturday........grrrrr. After 11, yeah you read that right my friends, 11 mins I had all 5 of my ADR's made with only one kinda "let down." I couldn't get Le Cellier on the day i wanted it, but I did get a ressie (can I get a Woohoo?!?!?!) So here is the official dinning plan~

Oct 23rd (arrival day) ~ doing CS meal or F&FW
Oct 24th (My Bday) ~ Nacroossee's @ 7:05 PM
Oct 25th (MNSSHP) ~ CS meals all day
Oct 26th ~ Akershuars for Breakfast @ 10:30AM & LeCellier for Dinner @ 5:20PM
Oct 27th ~ 1900 Park Fare for Dinner @ 5:00PM
Oct 28th ~ Tuskar House for Breakfast @ 8:00AM

I also made 2 other ressies but they are surprises so PLEASE don't tell the kids!!!! Seriously, don't tell them!!! On the 25th we are surprising the kids with appointment's to BBB & the PL before MNSSHP. I got some really cool invitations personalized from the Disboards for them to open that morning. I got Princess B a 5:30PM appointment at the Castle (& we're going all out with the Coach Package http://disneyworld.disney.go.com/tours-and-experiences/bibbidi-bobbidi-boutique/ .)Pirate K also has an appointment at the new Pirate League at 5:30PM as well (DH will take DSS & he as well is getting the works with the Captains Package http://disneyworld.disney.go.com/tours-and-experiences/pirates-league/?CMP=VAN-FY09Q3WDWPiratesVanity ).

So now what do I do????? Well, I am keeping myself busy making things for the trip (stroller tag, letters for what we are doing each day, activity books for the kids for the plane ride, passport books for the kids for EPCOT, t-shirts for everyone (everyone but Grumpy DH ~ he thinks it's silly. So of course my goal is to get him in at least 1 personalized shirt on this trip!!), and a few other surprises for the PP friends I am planning on meeting up with throughout the trip. I guess the only thing I have left to do is plan a few more PP meets. Let me know who's interested & where....I'm thinking another FAB meet in EPCOT & a MNSSHP Parade meet. OK who's in?!?!?!?!?

Planning, planning & more planning......

On Saturday I get to make my ADR's and I still am one TS short for the trip. DH & I just cannot seem to agree where else we want to eat. Some of the placesI reallywant to go I know my kids won't like anything there. I am lucky; my kids are good eaters. But they can be picky too. It can be tough to get them to try new things, but most of the time they end up loving it once they do try it. *sigh*

This is what I have planned so far for our trip:

Oct 23rd ~ arrive at The Happiest Place on Earth, check-in at POP. Head over to EPCOT for a little Food & Wine Feastival. Hopefully get an ADR for LeCelluar

Oct 24th ~ MY BIRTHDAY!!!! Spend the morning at DHS. Then for my Bday dinner we are headed to Nacroossee's (YUMMO!!!!) Maybe if we are lucky we will catch Wishes while we are there.

Oct 25th ~ Sleep in (b/c we will be out late for my Bday) then head over to spend the day at MK. Going to grab CS for lunch & dinner today. We are doing MNSSHP tonight & we are surprising the kids with appointmnets at Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique and the new Pirates League. There are a few Passporter friends who will be at the party as well, so hopefully we'll get to say HI to each other!!

Oct 26th~ another day we plan on sleeping till we wake up on our own. Then we will head back over to EPCOT. Planning on having a late breakfast at Akershurs. A little more F&WF today too & hopefully making it till Illuminations.

Oct 27th ~ As of right now I have nothing planned for this day. Yes you read that right, NO PLANS....I know, you are asking "what is wrong with you??" I just don't know what I want to do so this will be our flying by the seat of our pants day! I'm also trying to meet up with some fellow PP's this evening for a FAB Meet (Frozen Alcoholic Beverage) ;) This is also the day that is giving me issues with dinning. Since I don't know where we will be I don't know where to make an ADR *sigh*

Oct 28th ~ AK in the AM with Tuskar House for breakfast. Lunch will be at Flame Tree BBQ ~our absolutly favorite CS in the World. Thinking about some more F&WF in EPOCT for the evening.



Oct 29th ~ our departure day :( Let the kids sleep in, do any packing that I didn't get to the night before & head over to DTD for some shopping & Earl of Sandwhich (I've heard so many good things about EOS I have to try it!!)
